  1. What types of products do you offer?
    We offer a variety of bath and beauty products, including soaps and skincare essentials.
     

  2. Are your products cruelty-free?
    Yes! We are committed to offering cruelty-free products and do not test on animals.
     

  3. Do you use natural ingredients?
    Many of our products are made with natural and organic ingredients. 
     

  4. Is your soap suitable for sensitive skin?
    Yes! Our soap is formulated to be gentle and can be used on all skin types, including sensitive skin.
     

  5. Why does it take so long for your soap to re-stock?
    All of our products are made by hand, and most items can be restocked within a reasonable timeframe after selling out. However, our soap requires a longer restocking period of approximately 6-8 weeks due to its intricate production process. We understand that the wait may be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. Rest assured, the wait is well worth it—our soap is nothing short of exceptional!
     

  6. How do I place an order?
    Simply browse our website, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.
     

  7. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options displayed at checkout.
     

  8. How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
    Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (from receipt of order)
    Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (from receipt of order)
    Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (from receipt of order and order placed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time)

    If there is a delay with shipping your order, you will be notified via email and/or text.
     

  9. Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.
     

  10. Can I track my order?
    Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
     

  11. What is your return and exchange policy?
    Due to the nature of our handmade bath and beauty products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sanitary and safety reasons. These items are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

    Please take our Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy into consideration before you place your order. Once your order is placed, you will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order. 
     

  12. What if my order arrives damaged?
    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
     

  13. Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Before submitting your order, you will be required to agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to place your order. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you fully understand and agree to our order policies, including our return policy and all sales being final.
