Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (from receipt of order)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (from receipt of order)
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (from receipt of order and order placed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time)
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay with shipping your order, you will be notified via email and/or text.
Domestic & International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
Shipping Address & Changes:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed. If you need to update your address, please log into your Benai Body account and update accordingly—prior to placing your order.
Order Modification
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Before submitting your order, you will be required to agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to place your order. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you fully understand and agree to our order policies, including our Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy and all sales being final.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
