Due to the handmade nature of our bath and beauty products and for sanitary and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items as they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will work promptly to resolve the matter to ensure your satisfaction.
